I have focused my career on treating injuries and chronic pain for over 10 years. My goal is to work myself out of a job, in that the injury, pain, or lack of movement you came to see me for will heal and you will no longer need my services. Some people who work hard and/or play hard need to see me for maintenance and to help prevent injury.
I came to massage later in life. I was looking for a way to impact people in a personal and profound way. I have found this through massage. Watching people heal and regain mobility with less pain makes my heart so happy. I love people and rejoice with them as they move into a better quality of life, no matter their age.
I have been married to my wonderful husband since 2019. Between us we have 5 adult children. I enjoy boating, swimming, hiking, gardening, cooking and entertaining. I just adopted a rescue dog this year (2023). He has turned my house upside down and I love it.
